I got the internship i really wanted with Brinton's and am working in beautiful Santa Monica, CA right outside of LA. I absolutely love this place and had a great first week. I work with a bunch of British people. Brinton's home base is in the UK so pretty much the whole office is British and I'm thinking I could have a super cool accent by the end of the summer or on the other hand sound like a big retard. Their humor is sooo different i'm still getting used to it...
Brinton's is a carpet company that mainly works in the commercial industry. They have projects all over the world. Projects include: resorts, hotels, malls, casino, yachts you name it. Our biggest client is Marriott so this week I had the opportunity to meet with two of their designers... cool right?! but more importantly I have a clicker, a parking spot and keys :)

I'm so glad you are loving Cali! Sounds like you'll get some great work experience this summer:) How funny that they're all British...I love their accents. You should have it down by the time you leave! Can't wait to hear all about it!
